Remember one dress does not necessarily fit all.
For example you may find the dress is too snug around the hips and there’s too much fabric if you are flatter chested.
Larger hips to rest of body then balance out on the wide range of shoulder pads that are around. Waist is immediately on show.
High hips - try pencil skirts or a style that flares over your hips. You won’t be able to wear boxed/straight jackets. Buy whatever you can to draw peoples’ eye to the top half of your body - ie: pashmina, throw, brooches or statement jewellery.
Lesser chest be confident and wear a halter neck. These are so flattering and attention is generally made to a sexy back. Wear a wider neckline and cowl neck also.
If a fuller bust then if the dress is a shorter style and you shouldn’t display both then wear a camisole underneath - remember layering is good.
Fuller figure girls then wear dresses that skim over your challenging areas but choose something that is not too flimsy. Opt for larger patterns too rather than smaller. An asymmetric hem line is great. Be careful on where the hemline falls.
Long arms then 3-quarter sleeves are brilliant and jazz up with a statement bangle.
You must always try on at all times as sizes differ dramatically - even if you like something on the hanger and you possess the ‘perfect’ body.
